A mix of cranberries, prunes and ginger drenched in orange juice and brandy, stirred through 74% Callebaut dark chocolate and pulled together with almond meal, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and Dutch processed cocoa. Each cake is topped with slices of Italian Candied Orange. Vanilla ice cream or cream would work a treat with this one, to cut through the richness of the cake.
